Refunds Policy

All goods are thoroughly checked before shipping. If an item is damaged or faulty, you can always return it or exchange it by contacting our customer care at 03218803984.
PakSells is only liable to exchange or return items within 5-7 days from delivery. Items claimed for exchange or return after 7 days are not acceptable.
If a package is returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to have it returned undamaged. The product will be shipped back to the customer in case of damage.
All refunds will be made via bank transfer only for the product value, not for any shipping charges. The customer will also bear the shipping cost of the returns.
Processing Time: We will process refunds within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method for the purchase, or a store voucher code will be provided.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In the event of a product being exchanged, the exchanged order will also incur delivery charges of Rs.199
